The Art and Practice of Modern Flute Technique, in three volumes, will provide a practical and valuable guide to the flute from which the student will begin the study of the instrument and expand knowledge and technique to the point of sufficient proficiency for normal performance purposes. The larger section of learning are here called “Lesson,” although it is recognized that some of these will consume several lesson hours, while others may be absorbed more rapidly, depending upon the individual student’s abilities and needs.
