Robert Johnson is in demand as a lecturer and presenter and travels across the country providing sales and repair consultations. Robert has a degree in fine art with a focus in painting, sculpting, and metalsmithing. Robert received specialized training in instrument repair from an invitation to study with engineers at the Muramatsu flute factory and facilities in Tokorozawa and Tokyo, Japan. Robert served as chief technician for Muramastsu USA for ten years before founding Flute Specialists, Inc.

Heather Neuenschwander

Head of Online Sales and Promotions

Heather enjoys managing on the Flute Specialists’ website and the promotions team as well as many other tasks that come with being on the team at a small business where she is approaching her 10th year on staff. Heather has a Master’s Degree in Flute Performance from Oakland University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Wayne State University. She previously taught band, choir, and music appreciation in public, private, and charter schools and now enjoys leading an active and growing private studio. Heather is the director and co-founder of the Iowa City Flute Choir and is an active performer in the Iowa City Area, including an auditioned position as the piccolist with the SouthEast Iowa Symphony Orchestra.

Callie Green Brewer

Flutist Callie Green Brewer is a music teacher and performer on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She holds both Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi in Flute Performance and Pedagogy. In 2013 she founded the Callie Green Brewer Music Studio, and, along with her extensive private studio, she travels all over south Mississippi, teaching masterclasses, studio classes, sectionals, and lessons and she founded the Coastal Flute Choir. She also performs frequently with symphony orchestras throughout the state.

She and her husband Ron have two children, Beau and Abbie; two cats, Chloe and Lulu; and a black lab named Lady. The Brewer’s home is within walking distance of the beach, so you can usually find them on their days off taking their boat out to the barrier islands for a day in the sun!

Tatiana received her Master’s Degree in Flute Performance from West Virginia University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance from Michigan State University. She gave her solo debut at Carnegie’s Weill Recital Hall in 2017. She is a founding member of the award-winning BETA Quartet, and has played in orchestras around Michigan and Central Pennsylvania. Tatiana teaches students of all ages and abilities and regularly presents masterclasses and lectures around the country.

Accountant

Therese Franchini has a BSBA in Accounting from Central Michigan University. She has over 20 years of accounting experience in many industries. Although she isn’t a flutist, Therese has more than 20 years of dance experience. She currently resides in Rochester Hills, MI, with her son, Joey, and daughters Ashley and Katie.
